The Inclusify Project is our flagship initiative designed to reduce barriers to enterprise and nurture entrepreneurial, business, and leadership potential. By fostering an environment of psychological safety, creativity, resilience, and growth, we empower and support diverse entrepreneurs and business leaders to connect, learn, and thrive.
Rooted in lived experience, T.I.P. aims to create impactful and equitable change for individuals who have been historically under-represented, under-funded, and under-supported within enterprise and leadership spaces.
To create a truly inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem where every individual, regardless of background or circumstances, feels empowered to be their authentic self, unlock their entrepreneurial potential, and contribute to equitable and inclusive economic growth. Through accessible and tailored support, we provide opportunities for diverse entrepreneurs and business leaders to connect, learn, and thrive. Our purpose is to bridge the gaps and dismantle barriers within enterprise and entrepreneurship by:
Supporting individuals who have been excluded or marginalised in traditional entrepreneurial spaces
Providing evidence-based, co-designed programmes and trauma-informed support
Fostering authentic connections, ethical collaboration, and driving inclusive economic growth
Advocating for equity, innovation, mental wellbeing, and a holistic, whole-person approach to entrepreneurship that recognises each individual's unique circumstances and intersectional experiences

Mental Health and Wellbeing Support: Trauma-informed, mental health and wellbeing support to help individuals navigate personal and systemic challenges
